Recipe-:

–  Rinse The Poha well and drain out excess water.

– Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds and green chillies

– Add thinly sliced onions and saute well Then add potatoes and peas according to taste and cook till soft.

– In the washed poha and salt, turmeric powder red chill powder according to taste and lime juice.
